At Kryptic Pro Scooters Your Satisfaction Is Our Priority! We will make every effort to remedy your situation and get you out riding again!
Please read our returns conditions carefully:
*All sales are final on customized items, such as but not limited to: bars we have cut for customer, scooters we have put together, or any parts customer may have requested that we assemble before shipping out.
*You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund less shipping and handling.
*PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS A 10% RESTOCKING FEE FOR ALL RETURNED ITEMS.
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES AFTER 30 DAYS.
*All returned items must be unused, and shall not have been installed and must be returned with all of the complete parts they came with (including nuts, bolts, axles, washers, shims, etc.) in the original packaging.
*Scooter Bars that are returned with scratches, installation marks, or clamp marks will NOT be refunded.
*The condition of the returned item is at the discretion of Kryptic Pro Scooters.
* In the event of a refund refusal by Kryptic Pro Scooters the customer is responsible for all shipping costs to have the item returned back to the customer's shipping address.
*Please carefully inspect all items prior to returning to make sure they are in refundable condition. Make sure to package the item well as to avoid any damage to the item during shipping.
*Items that are damaged due to customer error, improper installation, stripped bolts due to overtightening or excessive wear and tear will not be refunded. Like we stated earlier: SCOOTERS ARE NOT INDESTRUCTIBLE** PROPER USE AND PROPER INSTALLATION IS ADVISED!
*If you feel your item has a manufacturer defect please refer to our WARRANTIES page for contact information and policies.
*All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. We will pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of an error by Kryptic Pro Scooters (i.e. you received an incorrect item).
** NOTE IF WE SENT AN INCORRECT ITEM, THE INCORRECT ITEM MUST STILL BE IN BRAND NEW CONDTION OR WE WILL NOT ISSUE YOU A REFUND**
*Please email email@example.com prior to returning any items, and include reason for the return. Upon return approval, we will email you a return authorization code.
*Please allow 3-5 business days for processing of refunds once the items are received.
