WARNING! FREESTYLE SCOOTERING IS DANGEROUS. KRYPTIC SPORTS LLC TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY OF ANY INJURIES SUSTAINED WHILE RIDING ANY SCOOTER PARTS, CUSTOM SCOOTERS, ASSEMBLED OR MODIFIED SCOOTERS AND ALL COMPLETE SCOOTERS PURCHASED FROM KRYPTIC PRO SCOOTERS. BEFORE YOU RIDE YOUR SCOOTER CHECK ALL PARTS, AND TIGHTEN THEM SECURELY. SCOOTERS ARE NOT INDESTRUCTABLE! PROPER INSTALLATION AND USE IS ADVISED.
WE ALSO ADVISE THAT ALL RIDERS WEAR PROPER PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT WHEN RIDING. THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO HELMETS, ELBOW, AND KNEE PADS.
NOTE: BE AWARE THAT NOT ALL SCOOTER COMPONENTS AND PARTS ARE COMPATIBLE OR INTERCHANGABLE. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT THE APPROPRIATE USE OF A COMPONENT OR PART, CONTACT THE PART MANUFACTURER FOR INFORMATION ABOUT HOW IT SHOULD BE USED AND INSTALLED.
RETURN POLICY:
At Kryptic Pro Scooters Your Satisfaction Is Our Priority! We will make every effort to remedy your situation and get you out riding again!
Please read our returns conditions carefully:
*All sales are final on customized items, such as but not limited to: bars we have cut for customer, scooters we have put together, or any parts customer may have requested that we assemble before shipping out.
*You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund less shipping and handling.
*PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS A 10% RESTOCKING FEE FOR ALL RETURNED ITEMS.
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES AFTER 30 DAYS.
*All returned items must be unused, and shall not have been installed and must be returned with all of the complete parts they came with (including nuts, bolts, axles, washers, shims, etc.) in the original packaging.
*Scooter Bars that are returned with scratches, installation marks, or clamp marks will NOT be refunded.
*The condition of the returned item is at the discretion of Kryptic Pro Scooters.
* In the event of a refund refusal by Kryptic Pro Scooters the customer is responsible for all shipping costs to have the item returned back to the customer's shipping address.
*Please carefully inspect all items prior to returning to make sure they are in refundable condition. Make sure to package the item well as to avoid any damage to the item during shipping.
*Items that are damaged due to customer error, improper installation, stripped bolts due to overtightening or excessive wear and tear will not be refunded. Like we stated earlier: SCOOTERS ARE NOT INDESTRUCTIBLE** PROPER USE AND PROPER INSTALLATION IS ADVISED!
*If you feel your item has a manufacturer defect please refer to our WARRANTY page for contact information and policies.
*All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. We will pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of an error by Kryptic Pro Scooters (i.e. you received an incorrect item).
** NOTE IF WE SENT AN INCORRECT ITEM, THE INCORRECT ITEM MUST STILL BE IN BRAND NEW CONDTION OR WE WILL NOT ISSUE YOU A REFUND**
*Please email info@krypticproscooters.com prior to returning any items, and include reason for the return. Upon return approval, we will email you a return authorization code.
*Please allow 3-5 business days for processing of refunds once the items are received.
PRICING: We always strive to provide the best possible prices. Be advised prices and coupon/promo code eligibility are subject to change at any time without notice due to dealer/manufacturer updates.
WARRANTIES:
*All warranty claims must be submitted to the product manufacturer and are subject to their individual policies. Please refer to our warranties page on our site.
You may be required to provide proof of purchase and other information they require such as a picture of the defective product. In some cases they may ask you to ship the defective item to them for evaluation. Kryptic Pro Scooters has no control over the manufacturers' policies.
SHIPPING:
*NOTE: If you are shipping an item that is a SURPRISE PRESENT, please be aware that most scooters ship in the manufacturer's box. We are unable to disguise scooter boxes. So please have your scooter shipped to a safe address if you don't want to spoil the surprise!
*If you are building a scooter from parts and have chosen the ASSEMBLE SCOOTER BUILD OPTION: We assemble and ship out as quickly as possible, however, Please allow up to 2 week lead time (especially around the holidays) for us to assemble your scooter parts before shipping.- especially if you need bars cut, etc.
We DO NOT Ship to PO Boxes.
Most items ship from our warehouse in Albuquerque, NM but we do ship from other warehouses depending on the product(s) ordered. These warehouses are located in Arizona, Oregon, Ohio and California.
We strive to ship most orders the same day but sometimes shipping can take from 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number to the email on your order once it ships.
Most scooters and larger packages are shipped either USPS, UPS or FedEx Ground 2-7 business days. Most small packages ship FedEx Express. (In some cases USPS, UPS or Fedex Ground is also used for small packages.)
*Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Shipping price depends on the weight, size, and value of the order. Typically, shipping prices range between $80 and $120 USD. for a complete scooter.
In addition the customer is responsible for any and all Import duties and taxes that may be imposed by Their Country's Import laws or Customs that may be collected at time of delivery.
We ship to Canada via USPS Express mail. Shipping time is usually about a week, but sometimes shipments are held up in customs. Kryptic Pro Scooters is not responsible for delays.
We can also ship to a US address near the Canadian border. Companies like UPS Store, Ship Happens, Border Shipping Services, Montana Shipping Outlet and Ship to the border.

*All scooter parts are shipped unassembled unless you choose the assembly option on the build a scooter. Pre-boxed complete scooters come assembled by the manufacturer with the bars uninstalled. Kryptic Pro Scooters is not liable for any damages to parts or injury due to assembly.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES:
Packages that are deemed undeliverable by FedEx or USPS are sent back to Kryptic Pro Scooters and charged a shipping fee. "Return to shipper" fees incurred as a result of an incorrect address or any other undeliverable reason due to customer error or unavailabitlity will be taken out of the refund amount once we receive the package. Kryptic Pro Scooters is not responsible for any extra shipping fees as a result of customer error.
SALES TAX:
Kryptic Pro Scooters charges sales tax on all items ordered on our website that are shipped to a location within the state of New Mexico. Our warehouse is located in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
PRIVACY POLICY:
Kryptic Sports LLC will never sell, distribute, or share any information collected through our store with any third party, without your permission
TERMS:
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Kryptic Sports LLC without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification shall survive any termination.
We reserve the right to refuse business at any time.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Kryptic Sports LLC shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Kryptic Sports LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
