Canada Shipping:

Shipping price depends on the weight, size, and value of the order. Typically, shipping prices range between $60 and $120 USD. for a complete scooter.
In addition the customer is responsible for any and all  Import duties and taxes that may be imposed by Their Country's Import laws or Customs that may be collected at time of delivery.

We ship USPS Express mail. Shipping time is usually about a week, but sometimes shipments are held up in customs. Kryptic Pro Scooters is not responsible for delays.

We can also ship to a US address near the Canadian border. Companies like UPS StoreShip HappensBorder Shipping ServicesMontana Shipping Outlet and Ship to the border.
 
Do You Sponsor?

Yes! When we are sponsoring, we will announce sponsorship opportunities on our Instagram and Facebook Page. Please check back often. We accept edits to our sponsorship email: krypticsponsoring@gmail.com.

Can you build a custom scooter for me?

Yes! We can build you just about anything you can dream of as long as the parts are compatible. We have an excellent team of techs that can assist you with your part selection. If you already have a list of parts picked out, just email it to us at info@krypticproscooters.com and we will let you know promptly if the parts you chose are compatible. We can assemble the parts you have selected (at no extra charge) but it will ship with the bars off. 

When will my order ship?

All orders are shipped the next business day. 

When will my order arrive?

If you chose FedEx Ground 3-5 business days, your order should arrive within 3-5 business days once it has shipped. You will receive a tracking number when it ships.  If you chose FedEx SmartPost , your order will be transported by a FedEx truck until it reaches your city in most cases, which will then be handed off to your post office. Your order should arrive within 8-10 business days and should be delivered by your postal carrier. You will receive a tracking number to your email. Overnight and 2 day shipping is available upon request, but be aware that it can easily cost almost as much as the parts being ordered. 

Can I order online and pick up my order at your store?

Yes, you can order online and pick up your order at our shop in Albuquerque, NM.

Any shipping costs you paid will be refunded if you pick up at the store.

Kryptic Pro Scooters follows all manufacturer warranty guidelines. If you feel you have received a product that is defective and would like to know about a warranty, please contact the manufacturer of the product:
